Return and Exchange Conditions

In the event that any product does not meet your expectations (it has less or different features than specified in the product specifications), you can contact our company for exchange or refund and get support from us. In order to return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Upon the processing of the returned products by our company, the price you paid will be returned to you within 14 working days. However, if you are returning your product due to company-related circumstances, no deduction will be made on your fee. However, for products that are not faulty, all shipping costs of the product are covered by you.
